DUE TO LOW RESPONSE WE ARE POSTPONING OUR PICNIC - NEW DATE TBA!
We’re having another picnic on Sunday, August 1st! We’ll be closing out our conference weekend with burgers and hotdogs!
The church provides hamburgers, hotdogs, paper goods and beverages.
Please sign up online (see link below) if you plan to attend (so that we have enough food for everyone!) and if you can bring your favorite side dish to share. Please RSVP by Sunday, July 25th.
If possible, bring your side dish in a disposable pan; the church will provide serving utensils. Sign-up to bring a dish below!
We will follow current CDC guidelines:
Tables will be spread out under the pavilion and on the grass; please sit with people in your household or those you are already exposed to. Or bring your own lawn chair or picnic blanket!
Hand sanitizer will be provided at the food and beverage tables.
Those not wishing to touch common utensils will be served by volunteers wearing masks and gloves.
Volunteers Needed!
3-4 people to set up / 3-4 servers / 3 people to grill / 3 people to clean up
Grillers and Servers must wear gloves when serving.
Clean up volunteers needed for immediately after picnic (around 2 pm)
